Super Junction MOSFET, through high power density, low Qg, and fast switching, allow for low power designs of systems as well as low EMI, to offer convenience in the designing stage. Low Voltage MOSFET products are offered in the general Trench Process and Split Gate Trench Process. Split Gate Trench MOSFET offers low Qg, Low RDS(on), and fast switching, with strengths in high ruggedness. Such characteristics allow for miniaturization and low loss designs, as well as stable designs of systems. Various product lineups are offered through low voltage of under 200V and different PDFN type Power SMD packages, available for use in various power supplies and motors.

The lead-free S-MOSFET product micro size package(1006 size) lineup is optimized for small smart electronics and appliances as well as small automobile module designs. Embedded with the Zener diode, the products support system stability through high ESD content and low RDS(on). The products can be used for the level shift, signal delivery, and gate drives, and are offered in a wide range of packages.
