Gate Drivers
KEC's Gate Driver is an IC that can quickly and safely operate MOSFET, IGBT, and Switching actions. Internally, the IC features an overcurrent protection circuit, an anti-cross conduction circuit that minimizes switching loss among others, and offers quick propagation time. Also, the bootstrap diode that can safely operate the gate of high side switch is embedded to offer spatial efficiency in PCB design.
